Fantastic Walk at Whiteford Sands – Gower

We have had some fantastic warm weather over the last few weeks (on and off) and have managed to get in some amazing naked walks, but just haven’t had the time to write any up! So here we go with one at least πŸ™‚

We headed down to the gower on a day off last week for a walk on one of my favourite beaches – Whiteford Sands. This is a simply stunning beach that is almost always very quiet, and at low tide is massive, with the tide running out a long way, and letting you walk for what seems like miles at the low water mark all the way north to the point that the beach curls around the headland and runs east facing over to Burry Port.

We walked down towards the beach via the access path that runs sown past the edge of the trees and got naked just where the trees end. We stashed our clothes and bags in the tree line, had a big drink of water, and then walked the rest of the way down to the beach 100% naked with no coverups at all. We have previously stashed our clothes further down in the dunes above the beach, but it was mid week, quiet, and Andi wanted to be as risky as we could be, so we went for an “early stash”.

We walked all the way down to the low tide line, turned right and headed north along the beach towards the point. The beach was totally empty apart from what looked like a lone fisherman way up ahead of us so we just walked and walked. I was following my now almost normal routine of blue pill (and this time wearing a cock ring – I was hoping the combination would sustain me for as long as possible ), and with a bit of help was soon up and proud. As usual it felt amazing to be on the beach, erect and walking naked, and Andi was happy πŸ™‚

We walked past the guy fishing, who barely gave us a glance, and after picking a way through the stoney section of low tide beach, we headed back up towards the high tide mark to pass round the headland. This is where you can easily meet anyone else walking the beach, as you end up walking close to others who may be there, but today we didn’t encounter anyone coming the other way. We kept walking round the headland and all the way along the beach towards the end of the sandbar facing north to Burry Port. At this point we were around 2.5 miles away from our clothes, and had been walking for over 1 hr. It felt amazing to be that far from our clothes, and be 100% naked and know that we were fully committed and had to walk all that way back!

And so we did. We turned around and retraced our steps, although this time as we walked back round the point, we stuck closer to the top of the beach for a change and we were rewarded by the approach of a small group of walkers (a mixed group M/F) who came towards us and walked right past. I had drooped a bit to “semi” but stiffened up a bit as we passed, which I enjoyed a lot. They pretty much all had a great long stare at us, with a couple of comments along the lines of “nice day for it” etc, and a couple of the women has eyes on stalks, but as usual, no adverse comments. Im always pleased and surprised that most people don’t seem to mind a couple (or three) naked people walking on the beach. Im sure many would love to have a naked walk, but just don’t have the bottle!

We walked back up to our clothes stash to get a drink (as it was hot), then decided to walk back down to the main part of the beach, and turned left (south) to walk along the beach towards Broughton Bay. We headed back down to the waterline and walked around towards Broughton Bay. As we rounded the headland we could see that there were a few people on the beach, with people in the sea ahead of us but we decided to keep going anyway – it didn’t look very busy, so didn’t feel like anything or su to worry about.

As we got closer to the main part of Broughton bay, past the first caravan park above the beach we could see that there were a few people on the beach further up, but it was midweek, outside of school holidays and we couldn’t see any kids so we pressed on to the middle of the beach, then turned around and walked back along to our clothes stash. We got dresed, back to teh car and went to get some well earned refreshments!

All in all, we walked about 12KM totally naked, and had been out for well over 3.5 hrs. It was a fantastic walk, and we met hardly anyone!

  1. WE’ve done this beach a couple of times, it’s great to walk along in the buff. Might catch us there later in the season. Hope you’re fitting in a World Naked Hike today! Cheers for the updates

  2. Sounds like a great walk. Thanks for the update. I’ve got a few nude walks in too this summer, in various locations including alongside the Severn Estuary near Oldbury. Great fun!
